Privacy and data choices
A simple beta explanation.
Project 311 uses information only to provide the private workspace and connected features an owner chooses. This page explains the controlled beta; formal legal terms will be published before open public signup.
Workspace information
Projects, tasks, files, messages, decisions, preferences, and audit records are stored so the private office can work and remain consistent.
Connected information
If a person enables Microsoft features, P311 accesses only the named categories through that person's connection. Turning a category off keeps it out of assistant reading.
Conversation information
Text or voice requests may be processed to understand the request and perform allowed actions. Approval and security codes are kept out of spoken replies and saved conversation text.
Choices and requests
Each signed-in person controls personal connection choices. During beta, data access, correction, export, or deletion requests are handled with the beta operator who provided access.
What is not promised yet
Self-service export and deletion controls, open signup, billing, and final legal documents are still release gates. P311 does not present them as finished.
Do not place secrets in chat
Use the protected setup and permission screens for passwords, provider keys, consent, and other secrets.
